Lotus Energy Group today announced it has signed contracts to purchase two of LMS100-PA+ aeroderivative gas turbines from GE Distributed Power business for its projects currently under development within the ISO-NE market. Lotus Energy Group, LLC (“LOTUS”) today announced it is in development of Two 100MW natural gas powered plants in Danbury, Connecticut for a combined capacity of 218MW. The facility is part of Lotus Danbury Technology Center

Lotus has submitted with New England Independent System Operators (ISO-NE) its New Capacity Show of Interest (SOI) and Interconnect Request Forms for two 100MW Natural gas Powered Power Plant Projects located in Danbury, Connecticut. Lotus’ qualification on March 3, 2015 secures the Lotus projects within the queue of power development projects and sets the path for participation in the FCA10 Auction; scheduled for February 2016.

Lotus Energy Group sponsored and powered the taste of Two Forks event in Southampton, NY. The 2 day event featured 40 restaurants and 20 wineries with over 2200 attendees.
Lotus had to build the distribution network for all 40 restaurants and 20 wineries in under 40 hours. Lotus Energy Group generation capacity and distribution network performed flawlessly without a single disturbance.

Lotus Energy Group subsidiary Lotus Clean Energy Corporation signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Groupo Valiami Sur SRL to supply 60 MW installed capacity of wind / gas turbine electrical integrated energy solution to the Monte Cresto region of The Dominican Republic. The 12 years power purchase agreement will provide the region with sustainable source of electrical power.

Groupo Valiami Sur SRL is one of the largest energy developers in the Domincan Republic with over 4000 acres energy development sites on the coastal parts of the country.

Lotus Energy Group North America subsidiary signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Groupo Valiami Sur SRL to supply 50 MW installed capacity of wind electrical energy to southern central region of The Dominican Republic. The 12 years power purchase agreement will provide the region with sustainable source of electrical power.

Groupo Valiami Sur SRL is one of the largest energy developers in the Domincan Republic with over 4000 acres energy development sites on the coastal parts of the country.

The project is the largest wind power project in the history of the Domincan Republic.

Lotus Energy Group signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Egyptian Tourism Federation to supply electrical power to 270 floating hotels in the southern Nile region. The 70MW power purchase agrement will provide electrical energy from 2 wind farms and 2 gas turbine facilities utilizing Lotus's Integrated Energy solution.The project represent a major step forward in fully integrating renewable energy sources in every power project for Lotus's customers with out subsidy utilization.

The E.T.F. project has annual revenue of $16.6 million USD.

Lotus Energy Group limited Signed a Wind turbine supply agreement with Danish wind turbine supplier Green-Ener-Tech Aps. The contract will supply Lotus Energy Group with 46 wind turbines for phase one through phase 3 of the Marsa Alam project and will expand to over 100 wind turbines by 2013. Lotus Energy Group subsidiary Lotus Clean Energy U.S.A the manufacturer of gas turbine generator shipped the first set of Gas turbine generators to Lotus Energy Egypt, the Generator are Rapid deployment self containing MW class generators. Lotus Energy Group subsidiary Lotus Clean Energy EG signed an expansion transmission line contract with MarinTec. The transmission line will add additional 110 Km to the current designed network and will expand the supply network to the Western Red Sea Region.

The project is valued at over $400 million USD over the 22 year P.P.A. (power purchase agreement) period.

Lotus Energy Group subsidiary Lotus Clean Energy EG signed a power purchase agreement with MarinTec to provide multiple resorts and industrial sites in the Red Sea region with over 70 MW of power.

The project is scheduled to be operational in 2010.

Lotus will utilize wind, photovoltaic and bio-diesel energy systems to deliver the required capacity. The project will provide clean renewable energy to most of the Red Sea western resorts and industrial sites.

The project is valued at over $580 million USD over the 22 year P.P.A.(power purchase agreement) period.

Lotus Clean Energy corporation and Kingsbury Capital signed a joint venture agreement forming Lotus EnerT Corporation. The corporation will compete on the National Energy plan for Timor-Leste.

The National energy plan will provide electrical power to over 1 million people, this will include generation, transmission and distribution of energy.
